Why Career Cookbook
Navigating our careers is a stressful process for most of us (if not all). Sometimes things are going well, but all too often, we find ourselves feeling unsatisfied with our careers and unsure of where to go next.
Although change is the only constant in life and a career path is likely to alter with time, when asked about how we ended up where we are now, many of us say it happened largely by accident.
If you are at a point of deciding what you would like your professional life to look like and don’t want to leave such a big aspect of your life to chance, the "Career Cookbook" may be for you.

About Paulina Nozka
I have spent my career so far as a secondary school teacher, strategic consultant and career development educator and coach at universities. I developed and delivered programs in Canada and internationally for a variety of audiences in the educational, public and private sectors, spoke at a few international conferences and won a few awards for my work and volunteer efforts along the way.
My formal education includes an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from McMaster University, a Bachelor of Education degree from OISE/University of Toronto and an MBA in Strategic Management and International Business from the Schulich School of Business/York University. I'm also qualified to deliver a variety of psychological assessments and am an MBA Certified Career Coach.
I believe that if I can't explain things in a clear and simple way, then I don't understand it well enough. Also, I think that most things in life are not as complicated as we sometimes convince ourselves they are.
I also love to cook and bake and have been experimenting in the kitchen since I was a kid - picking up bits and pieces from my parents and my travels ever since.

A school of fish
I am not an island unto myself, but more of one of an entire school of fish. I am supported by many smart, talented and knowledgeable individuals and here are but a few:
